Where should I live in Denver?
in the burbs? in the City? in the Country? Denver's BIG Question...
Below is the Metrolist area map. NOW....
Denver Colorado is a big town over an hour to drive from north to south. From the real estate perspective the city has many areas and neighborhoods, but as importantly, as all real estate is local in nature, re-sale is affected by schools, demographics, commute times and work locations. All of these can affect where you choose to live in the Queen City of The Rockies.
Here is the Multiple Listing Areas map followed by a couple of links. I would never attempt to cover the entire city but I do know folks who work well in areas I do not cover and actually refer them when the time comes. Let me know where you wish to concentrate and I will know the pro you want to talk to.

Best area to BUY? You decide. Here is an INTERACTIVE VERSION with sales statistics on each area
