Staging Basics to help your home sell!

Selling a home is alot like that first date: you want your home to look its best, smell its best, and

make the best first impression, because you will not get a second chance! The other thing you never

want on that first date was a chaperone so be ready to leave the lovely couple alone to get to know

each other.

Sometimes an expert stager is needed, but more often than not it is just cleaning and de-cluttering the

home to make sure the Buyer can visualize all of its potential! Other times painting or new flooring is
