Not just relocation! We help nice folks buy & sell real estate in Denver Colorado.
1. Pick up newspaper and magazines lying around the living room, especially near the entry.
2. Spray lightly with an air freshener if someone has been smoking. Best to keep all SMOKES OUTSIDE, away from your home.
3.In the kitchen, stack dirty dishes in the dishwasher, straighten countertops, wipe up any spills on the
floor. Spray with air freshener any cooking odors (cabage) that aren’t great smells. Sprinkle vanilla on a bit of foil
and toss it in the oven on low temp (smells like tollhouse cookies!).
4.Hang up any stray clothing you find & toss kid’s things behind the closet doors or under the bed.
5. Pour some clean litter in the cat box (there’s no time to change the litter).
6. Get rid of anything on the stairs that is waiting for someone to take it upstairs.
7. Make unmade beds (here’s hoping you have comforters, which are much easier than a bedspread).
8.Hit the bathrooms. Straighten up, toss used towels in the laundry bag and reach for the set of towels
you’re using just for showings. Run a paper towel over the sink, check the tub/ shower. Flush the toilets
and close the toilet lids.
9. Check pets to be sure they’re out of the way.
10. Turn off the TV and put on some relaxing SOFT music.
11. Open drapes, turn on soft lights, and if weather permits, open a couple of windows.
12. Take a deep breath, put a smile on your face and answer the door bell. You made it!
13. Now tell the showing agent you have a key, to lock up when done, and excuse yourself to take a relaxing walk!
You Earned it!
