Moving Into A New Denver Area Home - What Now?

A few days before the closing we get a little crazy trying to remember all the things we "have" to do. Over the years we have discovered some basics:

Things now to do:

• Turn on phone with Qwest (also, for High Speed Internet and Digital TV). 

• Turn on Cable with Comcast 303-930-2000

• Switch over Public Service with Excel Energy 1-800-895-4999

• or IREA at 303-688-3100.

• Your Gas Service may be different and you can now "shop" for this service.

• Water & Sewer are changed into your name by the title company.

• The Homeowner's Association will also be the title company's responsibility

• Put in change of address with local Post Office

• Notify friends & family of new address & phone number

• Call Pete Doty & Company with any friends or family who are thinking of buying or selling.  We love referrals!!!
