And you want to make sure you negotiate the best possible deal and not fall in love with a home the on-line qualification calculator assured you that you could afford. I have seen folks put off their decision for years as the result of that crushing disappointment. Getting the OK from a LOCAL lender will assure you of a smoother Denver Real Estate transaction.
