The Denver real estate market has a fair number of H.U.D. (FHA) owned homes available for purchase by the public, however most are listed for sale through the Denver multiple listing serviceor MLS. The property manager lists these houses with different real estate agents through out metro Denver and they can be sold by any approved HUD Broker that has an active NAIDs certification.
