Auburn Park sales and neighborhood description - Highlands Ranch
Average and Median Prices by year as of 6/1/2009

Auburn Park was developed in the 1987 era by Mission Viejo Company as part of the Northridge Community of Highlands Ranch. The original sales offices were close to Sand Creek Elementary school off of Dad Clark Road and there are some of the models scattered in blocks in that area of Highlands Ranch. The neighborhood came into its own after a Parade of Homes was held in 1988 in the Sulton Court cul-de-sac off of Prairie View Drive, which was later built out by Mission Viejo using the Auburn Park floorplans and KDB Homes; 18 homes, and Richmond Home; the south end of Prairie View and all of Wigan Court. These later homes were marketed as being in Venneford Point and Richmond Point respectively.
Finally, Mission Viejo found sufficient support for their product they built and sold the homes on the Chesapeake Street, Court, Place and Lane north of Dolton, and the sites south of Dolton were sold to Larsen Homes who marketed their properties as Venneford Point.
Almost all of these streets "finger" out into the green belts of the large central open area in Highlands Ranch originally known as "the Park" so that many homes here offer not only mountain views but also greenbelt locations. From the data above you can see the values have held their own over the years and Auburn Park has been a great investment, especially right now.
